This is smoothie is super delicious, great for your health and really easy to make, it only takes 5 minutes. Perfect for breakfast to kick start your day, post workout or an excellent snack meal. 
Ingredients -
- 1 apple or pear (peeled)
 - 1 frozen banana
 - 1 large cup of leafy greans (spinach, kale or silverbeet will work)
 - 1/2 an avocado
 - 1 inch ginger (or more if you are in the mood)
 - 1 tsp coconut oil
 - 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
 - 1 &1/2 cup cold water
 - handful of ice
 
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
 - 1 tsp maca powder
 - 1 tsp hemp oil
